I am writing this email as I wanted to voice the good service we are receiving. I am living in Ultimo View & am on the EC for the building, as long as I have been here I have always known Ali to be the one who keeps the building in good condition and ensures things are done. I just wanted you to know that Ali does an excellent Job and it is always noticed in the building. When Ali has been we can tell that everything is clean, the footpaths are clean etc and the building looks nice which is good to come home to. Ali is very friendly and is always happy to stop for a chat and see if he can do anything to better improve the cleaning, Please pass on this feedback as we enjoy him being onsite with us and the work he does for us."
